First we adjust the hue, saturation, high lights and shadows, contrast, etc...

Next we apply layer masks to certain areas for effects. In this case the mask is being applid to decrease the sharpness to blur the background and create a 3D perspective.

Once the mask is applied we need to re-adjust the settings to balance out the photo to our liking.

Add a subtle vignette to the photo and final adjustments.
